The holy grail for damaged hair

I absolutely love this shampoo and conditioner! My hair was damaged from bleaching and coloring, and i tried and tried many different shampoo, nothing was working until this! My hair went from frizzy and dry and matted looking to soft silky glossy and revived! I wont go back to any other shampoo and conditioner! Can you please make a bigger size because my hair is super thick lol thank you loreal! :)

I was so disappointed to discover you changed the scent of this line! It used to be the best fragrance of any shampoo and conditioner ever. Why would you change it? The new scent is awful. Please change it back!

Miss the old product scent and performance

I used to love this stuff, the scent was perfect and it was great for my hair. The reformulation on the shampoo and conditioner has been a huge miss imo. Scent is alcoholy and gross and way more overpowering, and it makes my scalp feel itchy and even slightly burns now when i leave it in for a few minutes which is BONKERS. Heres hoping they consider bringing back the og.

not a good product. gong backwards L'oreal!

I am upset over how awful my hair is with the bond repair serum. My hair is crispy and tangles easily and looks greasy. Not happy abut that, since I just trimmed the broken ends. I much prefer the L'oreal Extraordinary oil.

Do not like changed formula

I used to LOVE this shampoo. The new formula smells bad. The texture of the shampoo feels weird as well. It’s almost like dish soap? it did not lather the same either. My scalp felt like it was burning as well. I am so incredibly disappointed and will not be repurchasing one of my favorite shampoos :( bring back the old formula please!

I don't normally mind scented things, the smell is so strong I got a full blown migraine. If you suffer from migraines/headaches, I dont recommend using these. I will be returning mine tomorrow.

I fin it a little heavy on my hair, which is also baby fine. My hair is very flat and without body when I use this shampoo and conditioner. However, it is work keeping in my routine for the benefits. But, PLEASE L'Oreal, please make a larger bottle of both the shampoo and conditioner!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Marisa from Bigger bottles please! I love this shampoo and conditioner. I use it daily and have grown my hair out to almost waist-length. The scent is amazing and so unique. I love it and so does my husband. My only complaint is that I wish I could buy it in bigger bottles! Because of the length of my hair, I go through lots of conditioner, so one bottle only lasts me about 2 weeks.

I used it for 4 washes and I loved the feel of my hair but the 5th was a shocker. My hair was dye and frizzy and I couldn’t decide what to do. I wrote a question to L’Oréal and the text reply told me that I wasn’t supposed to use it every day but the Amazon description said use daily. If you choose to use this, make sure you only use it occasionally or the protein in the product will build up and fizz your hair

It's way too powerful and smells like an 80 year old woman. If yall could just change it to something more neutral, this would be my favorite set ever. Cult status for sure. Has the potential to be great.

My hair was damaged from bleaching and coloring, and i tried and tried many different shampoo, nothing was working until this! My hair went from frizzy and dry and matted looking to soft silky glossy and revived! I wont go back to any other shampoo and conditioner! Can you please make a bigger size because my hair is super thick lol thank you loreal! :)

It makes my hair feel so much thicker. I have really fine textured hair and so usually heat will make it feel a bit brittle. However, my hair has felt so silky since using this product.

We switched to this shampoo and conditioner at night and in the mornings their hair is tangle free - which is a true MIRACLE! Getting 3 girls ready for school plus mommy in an hour is a challenge and now with this there are no tears or morning arguments caused by tangles! We love this!

This shampoo (used with the conditioner) has made my hair so beautiful and glossy. The only thing I don't like is that after a day it leaves my hair a bit greasy. My hair is naturally pretty greasy, so I'm not surprised. I don't think I will be using this again, because it doesn't work well with my hair type. I would recommend it for someone who has dry hair as opposed to oily hair.

This cleansed my hair without leaving it feeling dry and stripped. The scent might be favorite part though. It smells DIVINE and the scent lasts which I appreciate.

It lathered very easily and felt very lush even when using a small amount. It had a nice, fresh, light scent. It appeared at first to live up to its promises of nourishing and moisturizing hair, but I felt like that went away as soon as I used the matching conditioner which seemed strange. I have long hair and disliked that the bottle was so small. I did appreciate that it is 100% sulfate-free, paraben-free, dye-free, gluten-free and vegan. As a drugstore brand, it is pretty affordable. Unfortunately I don't think I would purchase this product again. If I ever did decide to purchase it again, I would purchase it with a different conditioner because I tried the matching conditioner and did not get the moisture and long lasting hydration I expected from it.

However, after drying my hair, I realized that it didn't really clean my scalp or my hair very well. My hair felt greasier than it was before I got in the shower. One star for the amazing smell, but that's all.
